Background

When I Started: Jan 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I got started seriously last year in school. I needed to be stronger for my sports. I then got a passion for lifter and power lifter and now im doing it when ever i can.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Gives me an awesome feeling. Its my freedom and my release. That and its helped me with school and just about everything you can think of.

Big arms

All about lifting, did my cardio for football today and sticking to my diet.  Not much of a change. Wonna get massive arms for the end of my school year. I've started doin special nine curls and tricep extensions as well as skull crushers, anyone got anything out side of the box???? Always into new stuff.
