All you have to do is eat protein packed meals according to your weight with a good amount of carbs and green vegetables.
Small meals 6 ounces of chicken or steak with a half cup of cooked rice or potatos and brokoli, asperigas, or spinich salad. Eggs in the morning with peanut butter toast. try to eat 5-8 times a day (its hard to do) but eating huge meals that don't allow you to eat in the next 1 and a half to 2 hours is too much. You need to constantly supply your body with food. I also take a multivitaman, one a day mens. If you have never eaten like this you will gain weight very easily within the first month. I have been up to 200 before after a leg day drinking a lot of water and eating. I started at about 170. You can make gains by just eating and not filling yourself with all of those supplements out there naturally. I am doing it you can too. creatine all that type of shit wont get you half as big as eating a steak gives you a good amount of natural creatine. I don't like to spend too much money on this stuff.
I have been using Hemo Rage for my pre workout, the ultra concentrated version all my friends have tried it and love it I don't know a better 1 scoop pre workout that makes you go insane.
I used to take L arginine for better pumps about 2000 mg before my workout but I havent recently.
The only other thing I take is protein, I just bought some stuff from sams club for $34 40g a scoop, muscletech 100% primium whey protein 70 servings pretty good deal.
