How I Stay Motivated: Lifting is my motivation for the day. The gym is my own place to not worry about anything or stress. I know that every extra rep i do and every extra pound i add will help me towards winning my next competition.
BB Accomplishments: Highest benchpress at Lift a thon my senior year. Etowah High school football 1000lb club. Mr. Etowah 2008 Heavyweight and Over All Winner! 2nd place in first real competition in novice middle weight and teen class (Emerald Coast Classic SNBF).

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to work out again but my heart will fail. **** HYPERTHYROIDISM! next 2-4 months = no lifting (aka no life)
Goal (Long): I came in 2nd out of four people in the novice middle weight class at the SNBF Emerald Coast Classic on June 14th. It was my first competition so i was nervous and my stage presence was shitty. I learned alot and i hope to improve on some of my flaws, and learn how to retain my mass during cutting so that i will be able to compete and win WNSO events in a year as my last year in teen class.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 5%

Its been awhile how are u? I just put up progress pics (more up on 10/10) a new thread post and blog entry. my posture is way off because my legs are still weak and in the middle of rehab that will come in time . let me know what about my physique is coming along and what still needs work … etc This is 1 month in with getting most of my lifts and diet in hope to hear from you soon you can PM me or gmail me at doobzkhq@gmail if that is easier

LOL starvation....hell yeah man i never missed a meal during comp season... I did a calorie calculator thing on this website and it said I had to eat around 5,020 calories?! so...lol yeah as far as macronutrients...I dunno right now still kinda stuck on the 5,020 cals I have to eat...what about you?

Your preachin to the choir about dieting..let's see I'm up from my contest weight, 177lbs to around 210lbs but I have been there since June. Not sure about my bodyfat, but trust it's probably in the double digits. Trying to get my calories that's my main thing up soon as I get some cash so I can invest in a weight gainer. LOL with me I can diet for comps but I can't eat for shit when it comes to offseason.

LOL dude i'm still a novice...no pro card right now..but someday... but yeah i will definetly check out rich(if he is still there) but probably sometime in 2009 right now just trying to pack on size (hopefully) again good luck on the october show...i live around Marietta, so i'll be at that show.

Hi Austin, thanks so much for the add! Congrats on your accomplishments so far! I was going to compete in the SNBF April show, but decided not to. I would like to compete in a SNBF show, but need to build my confidence up for the themewear routine :)
