How I Started: Ive always been a weight lifter and always done sports. But I have not done anything since I graduated high school last year. So my new years resolution was to get healthier and see how far I could push myself.
Why I Love It: I love the weekly/monthly progress and the shock on peoples faces that have not seen me in a while.
How I Stay Motivated: Knowing that I am healthier today than I have ever been that I can remember and that it can only get better from here.
BB Accomplishments: I am diabetic and since I started watching my food intake and working out regularly I have been taken off my insulin pump and put on a 2 pill a day medication and I feel better than ever.

sorry long time gettin back to you man. i dont check this much haha. im cuttin like 5lbs now to get to like 10% then bulkin up to like 215 or so. how you doin?

youve made very good progress! youve lost alot of wright and gain much muscle! keep it up! and im doin good im making progress but nothing huge yet

Hahaha ya i know. I try to just concentrate on flawless form with the 120's. Im gonna check back soon and I hope you will have made some more great progress! Good luck man.

hey man just saw you talkin about taking black powder and being a diabetic. im diabetic too and iv been wanting to start on an no product. has it affected your sugar levels or done anything to effect it?
