Ive always been a weight lifter and always done sports. But I have not done anything since I graduated high school last year. So my new years resolution was to get healthier and see how far I could push myself.
Why I Love It:
I love the weekly/monthly progress and the shock on peoples faces that have not seen me in a while.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I am healthier today than I have ever been that I can remember and that it can only get better from here.
BB Accomplishments:
I am diabetic and since I started watching my food intake and working out regularly I have been taken off my insulin pump and put on a 2 pill a day medication and I feel better than ever.

Hahaha ya i know. I try to just concentrate on flawless form with the 120's. Im gonna check back soon and I hope you will have made some more great progress! Good luck man.
hey man just saw you talkin about taking black powder and being a diabetic. im diabetic too and iv been wanting to start on an no product. has it affected your sugar levels or done anything to effect it?
