FitFam! Today marks day 1 of my wife returning to the gym after giving birth!❤️ obviously we went in and worked whatever muscle she wanted, and whatever exercises she wanted! Ended up being a leg day😭 excited for her to re-start thus journey, and for her to start feeling herself again💪

I use to get made fun of for only being able to bench press the bar. Now it’s part of my warmup…we all start somewhere, right?😏 But joke aside, being fit is WAY more than just being able to lift and run like they teach us in school. Vital parts to longevity are also mobility, stability, & flexibility. How often do you stretch? Do you work on mobility, stability, & flexibility?

Took yesterday off, popped my shoulder back into place today (hoping thats what the pop was anyways) & hit legs with a few shoulder recovery exercises. Hoping to be like new come monday! 😜
