After walking the two 85# bars, 4,200 feet, necessary to stretch my hamstrings, several sets of straight leg deadlifts, two 90# bells. So much myth and bad information out there about aging, limitations, that we need special and focused attention, that we need orchid-delicate-like-what-ever…nope, i am next to 75 and that is not gonna stop me.
