I had a pretty sever ACL sprain injury (then re-injury) a couple years ago that really got in the way of training legs. Now thats it's gotten better, I've been heavily focusing on them 2x a week and the gains have been epic!

my cardio today was walking and stationary bike.. my thighs are very sore walk up the stairs, but thatâs the best kind of pain - I have missed this feeling for a long time.
