Super rough week. Wasnt feeling great monday afternoon, tuesday morning felt like i got hit by a truck. Went to the doctor on wednesday hoping it was just the flu, nope its covid. So not only can i not go to the gym, i have no energy at all anyways. Did 25 mins of yoga yesterday because the body aches were killing me, and ended up on the couch for the rest of the day after. Lots of naps, staying hydrated, appetite is all messed up and eating like crap cause i dont want to infect the kitchen that i share with 2 other people. Havent even been outside in 4 days. Uuuuugh is it over yet.
