Good evening fit fam. Upper body caught a break. Legs today for my Thursday lunch escape. Late update. Did: 4 sets of "V-squats", 4 sets of leg press (traditional leg sled), 4 sets of leg press (seated leg press), 4 sets of leg extensions, 4 sets of seated calf raises, 4 sets of calf raises on the leg press machine and 4 sets of both seated and lying leg curls. Happy numbers for today were: 220 lbs x 10 on the "V-squats" and 140 lbs x 10 on the leg extensions. Knees are on the mend - weren't giving me much grief. Hope that everyone had a great day. Super excited about freestyle Friday, then calling it a week! Have a great night! Bob
