Happy Thursday fit fam. Today was hamstring day. Legs were a bit tight during warm ups so today's session was switched to 4x2. Worked up to 435. Rest of the session went well. Did kettlebell Swings for conditioning work then ab work followed. Back day tomorrow. GO CRUSH THURSDAY!
