2-DAY UPDATE:
- THURSDAY- Yesterday was 5-25 UBWO Day. Went down in the DBs a bit since I didnât want to mess up the benefits of the acupuncture treatment I had prior to the WO.
- FRIDAY - Today was 5-25 LBWO day. No extra Reps, but on SETS 2 and 3 I lifted heavy with the 30-lb DBs.

Good evening fit fam. It was Friday freestyle number 146 for my final lunch escape of the week. Filling in the missing spaces or a second go at some of my favorites. Jumping on whatever looked good at the moment. Did: 4 sets of seated barbell Military Press (done on a Smith Machine), 4 sets of WG, plate loading leverage pulldowns, 4 sets of pec flies, 4 sets of Iso leverage rows, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of Hammer Strength Iso-lateral "wide chest", 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), 100 weighted side crunches and one 60 second dragon flag hold. Happy numbers for today were: 180 lbs x 10 on the WG pulldowns and 180 x 10 on the Hammer Strength "wide chest". Finally got a hold of the iso-row unit! Very happy with this workout week! Off to Tampa tomorrow to celebrate the weekend. Pool football, pool volleyball, and cards by the pool sipping campaign are on deck. Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great weekend! Bob
