When did this happen to you? 2-DAY UPDATE: - THURSDAY- Yesterday was 5-25 UBWO Day. Went down in the DBs a bit since I didn’t want to mess up the benefits of the acupuncture treatment I had prior to the WO. - FRIDAY - Today was 5-25 LBWO day. No extra Reps, but on SETS 2 and 3 I lifted heavy with the 30-lb DBs.
