Another day of not hitting the gym. However, I did spend three hours getting my cardio in by moving pens, building a new house for my pigs, and then having to chase one of them for over 20 minutes to get her into her new pen. #farmgirl #cantsleepnow

A shorter and lighter arms, shoulders and cardio session this morning (after a chiro visit yesterday). 4 am - stretching, 60 crunches, 4x12's bbell shoulder press combo 1kg + seated lat raise 5kg + db lying rear lat raise 4kg, 4x10's front 2 db raise 5kg + reverse flyes (1/4 rep method) 4kg, 4x28 meth bbell curl 1kg + triceps push down 13,6kg, 4x12's preacher curl 5kg + lying triceps press 5kg, 1x15 seated palms down/up bbell wrist curls 1kg, 1km walk, stretching. Happy Wednesday ðð

Good Morning and Happy Hump Day Wednesday! Have you encountered that person in the gym who you say to yourself, that guy needs to cut back on his pre workout dose! Yesterday, 5AM, one member (male) that another member said something to him and the first member became enraged! Definitely way too much pre workout!
Chest and triceps today.
