Wednesday’s workout kinda complete…got to the gym early & had too many conversations before i plugged into my music. Hoping to get a better workout in tomorrow! Anyone else have “Weakest Link” on repeat this week?🔥💨

Finally able to log back in. I was getting a servor error for a while and decided to let it chill for a bit. Finished my virtual walk in less than half the time i gave myself to get it done!!

Chest and back today in the garage gym. I did six sets of ten on each of the following: decline barbell bench press at 140 lbs, seated lat cable pull-down at 110 lbs., incline DB flye at 25 lbs. per arm, incline DB row at 40 lbs. per arm. I enjoy this workout a lot!
