Good evening fit fam. Back and biceps today for my Tuesday lunch escape. Row focus. Did: 4 sets of seated cable rows, 4 sets of bent over barbell rows (underhand grip), 4 sets of single arm shotgun rows, 4 sets of WG leverage pulldowns, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of seated machine curls (independent arm movement), and 4 sets of two arm hammer curls on an inclined bench. Working in the low to mid 100's on all the two handed rows and pulls. Wanted to do Iso-leverage rows - but the machines were both taken. Mainly by people talking on their phones. Ugh! I was thinking about warmer moments this morning when i was wakened by power loss in my house. Got up at 2 and took a shower with an on demand water heater/ freezing cold and a flashlight. 🥶 Definitely woke me up for my drive to work.
