Back throughout high school and after I graduated and joined the Air Force, I always loved lifting. I was never bodybuilder-status, but I enjoyed going to the gym and throwing whatever weight I could.
Now, as a dad of 7 beautiful kids, 4 of which play soccer, I don't have the time I used to have. It's been 10 years since I went to the gym. But ive invested in a small home gym and its time to get back to it!
