Good evening fit fam. Legs today for my Thursday lunch escape. Here's how it went. Did: 4 sets of leg press (traditional sled), 4 sets of leg press (seated leg press), 4 sets of leg extensions, 4 sets of calf raises on the leg press machine and 4 sets of seated leg curls. Threw in 150 weighted bench crunches for desert. Just a light leg workout today. Woke up during the night with an excruciatingly painful leg cramp. Literally took my breath away for a minute. Still feeling the affects at this moment. My gym has a new state of the art V-squat machine made by Booty Builder. Can't wait to try that one out! Hope that everyone had a great day.
