How I Started:
I have always been an active individual, mostly in independent sports. I love to see my body changing and strive to be better everyday. I would like to eventually compete in a figure/fitness modelling competition.. hopefully in the near future. Having two kids is definitly motivation to get my body back in shape!
Why I Love It:
Love to see the progression... and feel the burn, baby!
How I Stay Motivated:
Research, checking out other transformations... you can never know too much! other than that, I am a pretty self motivated person. Although, some days I need a little external help.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, honestly I couldnt even do squats with any weight when I started, my legs were so bad. After the second baby last year, I knew I needed some help. I hired a personal trainer from September until December 07 to help get me on track. She helped me get those glutes firing, and now I have killer leg power! I am feeling more confident about my post-pregnancy body which is a huge accomplishment. Finding the time to get to the gym is honestly a constant battle, but I am proud to say I get there almost daily now!
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
meh. doesnt matter what noises you make as long as youre getting something done.

i eat clean. whole, live, mostly organic. nothing processed or refined.

I'm starting back at Goodlife Sept 1st as a PT again and their Holistic Nutritionist. I'll let you know how it goes.....my friend is doing the exact same thing at another gym (she graduated in April) and she's doing awesome with the nutrition side of it. Hopefully I'll be as lucky!

I got tow truck company in Niagara FAlls so long weekends are my busy time..I did manage to go boating one day but thats it...
I hit it hard, long cardios and low carbs..Down to 243 now. Look lot leaner!
Cant wait to reach my goal and finaly start eating somewhat normal.

Thanks! My best advice is to keep up w/the cardio & clean eating in order to lose the last bit of fat-these damn bodies make up their mind where they want that to come from...it's the most frustrating thing-keep up the hard work-you look great!!
I'm getting used to it I guess...Just crave things all the time. And being around my kids it's hard cuz they eat something all day long...Also, I hate greens so its hard to eat even..LOl
I am suprisingly strong with weights still...Dont know where it's coming from. And even cardio I do no problem 60min at the time...Weird! I also work 12hr shifts so I thought I'm gonna be dead on low carbs.

I'm planning to compete in November (Ottawa show) so I have to start the big dieting and training phase next week... have to put my mind into it lol I took a big break during winter now, back on track !!!
