Incline Bench Press 5 x 5

Pulldown 5 x 10
Bent Over Barbell Row 5 x 5
Seated Row 4 x 10

Day 2: (Cardio)

Elliptical 45 mins

Day 3: (Legs)

Squat 5 x 5
Stiff Leg Deadlift 5 x 10

Day 4: (Cardio)

Elliptical 45 mins

Day 5: (Shoulder and Arms)

Dumbbell Press 4 x 10
Front Dumbbell Raises 4 x 10
Side Laterals 4 x 10
Bent Over Side Laterals 4 x 10

E-Z Bar Curls 4 x 10
Hammer Curls 4 x 10

Lying E-Z Bar Triceps Extension 4 x 10
Triceps Pressdown 4x10
