To be truthful it is more of an addiction than a love. I'm addicted to the pain, the pump, the energy and the fear of failure. Working out is my passion, my therapy

Now that I'm a member of the 40 something club, I would like to dispel the notion that 40 is the beginning of the end of the road. So my goal is to be as fit or fitter than I was in my 20's.
