HOW I STARTED:

Back in high school i started lifting for sports but never kept going. Now since i came out to college i have this new found love for working out.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes me feel great and keep my stress levels down all while being able to see the results of the hard work that I put into the gym and diet.

Captain Ahab Choose a workout program that has you lifting weights and doing cardio 3 to 4 times a week. Make sure to eat to 6 small, high protein, low glycemic carb and good fat meals per day (that includes protein shakes). Do this for a min. of 12 weeks and I believe you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur.
