Gym Location:
When I Started: Feb, 2003
How I Started: 6'4" in highschool but only 170 lbs. Always a skinny guy with a gut. I knew it wasn't to late to get started. Like every other guy, I wanted to look good with my shirt off. Never have but I will eventually.
Why I Love It: It gives me a good sense of accomplishment and I like to see the fruits of my labor. It's a guy thing.
How I Stay Motivated: I have always been a 6 months on and 10 months off lifter. I am just starting back after 11 months off this time (new baby)Staying motivated is not my specialty but I always try it again.
BB Accomplishments: Finally put a little size on my stick arms. Love my new tricepts. I never knew they existed.
Forum Signature: Who says a guy peaks physically at 18?

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Lose the fat I put on since my profile pic
Goal (Long): I'm 6'4 220 but about 20-25% bf. I want to be 225 but ripped. I want to stay consistent in the gym not 6 mo. on and 6 mo. off. I want to be the guy that can take his shirt off and turn heads in a good way, not a gorilla and not average. I want a six-pack by my 42nd B'day. I want my wife to get weak in the knees when I walk out of the shower.
Weight Goal:
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Hi Chuck, thanks for the support. Right back at ya. We can do it, just takes determination. Currently I am using Animal Pak, Flex & M-Stak along with some creatine. I am also logging a fat burner right now. You can see that log in my sig. Keep pressin on brother! Hg

Hey, that supp line you got there is pretty good. Instead of No Xplode although, many like Controlled Lab's White Flood. It cheaper and i think works better also. As for a test booster, you dont need one, but if you were going to do something in that line id suggest Activate Xtreme and X Factor or MassFX and Hyperdrol. Also, they are nonhormonal and have gotten excellent reviews. They are all on the bb.com store so you can search for them or look at their reviews here on the forums.

Thanks man. You really dont have much weight to lose in that pic at all. SizeOn is the creatine (blend) from Gaspari Nutrition that you should take while your working out. It really bloated me up my first 2 servings, but i was doing it wrong. it seems to be better now. If you have anymore ?'s just ask and ill see what i can do. In Christ, Rob G

You do not look like you have all that much to lose but I would suggest you look at the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 & I lost 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat following the BFL program, which is only 12 weeks. It isn’t super easy nor so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I believe by committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort. Feel free to give either of us a yell.

Read your post on 35 and older. At least now I'm not the only new guy from Alabama on the forums! Good luck with your goals and rock on, brah!
