When I Started:
Sep, 2006
How I Started:
My best friend is really massive. He has almost no fat and is all muscle mass. Hes 16 and benches 300 pounds. Ive always wanted to be just like him, so I actually put in the effort. Ive always liked the rocky movies, and wanted to look how sly looks in the 3rd of 4th movie. I think im on my way to achieving that goal.
Why I Love It:
Because its something no one can take away from me. No matter what ill always have my weights to come home to. I like it because you get what you put into it, just like your diet. I also love it because I have the ability to gain weight and loose weight very fast. With these genetics, why not take advantage?
How I Stay Motivated:
Usually by the comments I get or just by looking in the mirror. I dont have to do a lot to stay motivated. But if I really need help with motivation I will pop in a Rocky Movie, or watch a jay cutler movie.
BB Accomplishments:
Basically getting to where I am in the amount of time I did. I achieved in months what some people achieve in a year or so. Ive worked hard and done things right, Im proud of my body for the first time in my life.

Long term goals are extremely important, but short term goals get you there.
When it comes to bodybuilding you get exactly what you put in.
it doesn't matter where you start...the point is, your starting.
This was taken when I had no interest in bodybuilding at all. I'm embarrassed to show this picture. I started working out about 2-3 months after this pic was taken
I really want to keep up with what I have been doing. Gaining complete muscle mass, while keeping a rip 6 pack.
Goal (Long):
I want to be in a muscle and fitness magazine. I would love to get a cover shot but Ill settle for anywhere. I want to become a personal trainer while going to collage to be a dietitian. I want to use what Ive learned from *bodybuilding* and push it further into life. I will never give up in bodybuilding, and will always do my best to achieve my goals.
Real nice job Levi. Glad you were not the lifeguard. Real nice progress. Awesome physique. Real nice cuts and ripped abs. Real good. Keep up the good work.
WOW you are shredded!! Keep eating and lift heavy. STAY NATURAL. When did you want to compete?? Look into the INBF, It is a great natural org, and has a pro division the WNBF. www.inbf.net Kevin
Thanks for the comment. I did lose a lot in my chest due to the neck surgery in April if you didn't read my blog. The doc just released me from any restrictions July 31 so once this competition season is over the mass program should be quite interesting!
