Goal (Long):
my goal is 1 day to hav abs..no fat on them, to b 18-20 % b/f..but the dedication that comes with that will hav to far succeed my desire to jump off the treadmill at 20 to 30 min..i hav to push thru the pain, & understand its the ONLY way & IM worth it..i think i found what its going to take "for me"..that little something that HAS to click for every1 to choose to "B DIFFERENT" not to settle! we will c, today is the start of a new day!
Sweetheart, u have a few more years till 40!!! But, I can't hate on ya for that!! I am doing sort of the same thing by going back to the past and pulling my old cardio program out. It helped me in Iraq the last time increase my run and drop weight. So, I am going to try it again. How is the family doing?
That is great to hear. My holiday was good and I started back at training yesterday. I am using the next month to decide how I will proceed for the next year. Have delts, abs, and cardio today. What ya been up to?
i have been able to increase my mucsle and decrease my weight and i am eating lots of broccili and chicken as well as oatmel also taking 3 proteing shakes a day. biggest problem is to get abs to pop and shoe.. any advise?
I did not work out today. Did spinning class on Sunday that was kick butt. I am nursing a very sore glue from sissy squats on Sat. so took my rest day today. Will be back in the saddle tomorrow. Did you work out?

i know how u feel. ive started to loose mine a lil as im gaining. they still there jus not as visible as before. I have a 6 inch subway sadwich. (didnt do groceries till late last night so no time to prepare). But im eating a 6 inch Chicken Breast with Wheat, Swiss cheese, lettuce tomato jalapenos and mustard. Water to drink. Thats it :)
