was in a bad slump after having my 3rd child, wanted my body back, my energy..& more importantly...my life =)
Why I Love It:
ABSOULTELY luv seeing muscles POP & definition forming & i get all giddy thinking about working out...its my passion

mini goals & new music on my mp3..& i dont want to b unhealthy & fat

started at 35 % body fat n '05 and last summer actually got down to 24%..i NEVER hav been lower & want 2 c how low i can go =)

my goal is 1 day to hav abs..no fat on them, to b 18-20 % b/f..but the dedication that comes with that will hav to far succeed my desire to jump off the treadmill at 20 to 30 min..i hav to push thru the pain, & understand its the ONLY way & IM worth it..i think i found what its going to take "for me"..that little something that HAS to click for every1 to choose to "B DIFFERENT" not to settle! we will c, today is the start of a new day!

Be very careful what you ask for my well-built Texas lady. I have accumulated an enormous amount of inspirational and motivational quotes and sayings over the years. Many are spiritual and many are more about every day life. If you give me the subject I can usually come up an appropriate quote or saying.

Thank you very much. It's fairly easy when you start out as a very fat and out of shape old man to at least see some positive changes. Yu seem to be very focused and determined to achieve your goal. I think that is what is needed to get where you want to go.

Sweetheart, u have a few more years till 40!!! But, I can't hate on ya for that!! I am doing sort of the same thing by going back to the past and pulling my old cardio program out. It helped me in Iraq the last time increase my run and drop weight. So, I am going to try it again. How is the family doing?
