I yo-yo..bad.. Im VERY GOAL oriented, having a goal drives & pushes me..always "HAVIN" to hav something that pushes me drives me crazy, i hate it..i dont quit working out, i quit eating clean. I eventually want to b 20% body fat..if not lower..

it will but you have to eat clean,you can spend hours in the gym but if you dont eat right you may as well put your feet up!!nothing is unobtainable you just have to put yourself in the right head place!!!my husband competed for the first time at 41 he lost a total of 40lb to do it.ok so he didnt have a baby belly!but he was really determined.
