I got started in high school...it was actually in PE class, every Tuesday and Thursday were weight room days. I actually was surprised how much I loved it. I would like to get back in it and go all out with it, but money's tight and I'm not all the well-educated in the art of bb with my own bodyweight.......[/excuses]

I actually have a few "main" goals [gain muscle mass (in particular upper body), cut fat (mostly abdominal) and just improve my overall health...all of which are centered around getting in better shape so I can pass the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) and thus, if I chose to, re-enlist in the USA or the IN ARNG [US Army/Indiana Army National Guard, respectively].
I'm mainly wanting to add the most mass in my biceps/triceps, as my bicep flexed is only about 13.5". I also wanna add a little mass in my chest, maybe bulk it out to about 42-44 (from it's current 38-40), and cut my abs from about 35-37 *eek* down to about 28-30. Of course, I also gotta get them shredded as f*** too :P.
Weight-wise, I'm thinking of bulking up to about 180-195 lbs. I'm 65.5" and currently weight about 170 - 175 lbs. My bodyfat percentage is floating around 15 - 18% (was around 12 - 15% back in 2006), and I'd like to get it down to about a constant 6-7%
