I've been involved in sports my whole life and wanted to be on top of my game so in order to do that you must train.

My whole life I've been skinny, but muscular (I've had a six pack since I was 8 years old!) and now that my baseball career is over I want to really concentrate on lifting and gaining some muscle mass. My body build has the potential to be ripped and my drive to do it is there. My initial goal is to get to 185lbs in the next 6 weeks, but I hope to get even bigger once I reach that goal. Now I just need to do it!
