Workout Program:
Did long distance running in 2007 and 2008. Not running right now.

Have done a Joel Marion full body workout plan. Working a Chad Waterbury HFT program now. 5 days a week.

Walk the dog early before work 3-4 days a week.

Concentrating on squats and deadlifts to start each session. Love the way those feel.
