Are you a parent?
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
I love seeing the kids doing pull ups on my bar in the basement. They get after it pretty good! My Dad wasn't that active, so I try to be an example for them regarding fitness.
What is your favorite leg building exercise?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Currently, I'm only doing 15-20 minutes of treadmill work post workout.
Last summer and this year I ran longer distances for 1/2 marathon prep.
