How I Started:
While in highschool I played sports and was always very active. During college and after entering the real world I stopped completely. Lately everytime I take a picture, I realize that they dont lie and the truth hurts. I have gained a lot of weight. Time to take control again.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel better about myself and more energized.
How I Stay Motivated:
By trying on clothes that I can no longer wear due to my weight gain and looking at pictures of what I could look like.

Keep it up and Stay Strong! If it was easy, everybody and they mama would be doing it, rite? lol
Just stay motivated & focused. Lawd, knows Im tryin. lol. Maybe find somebody that looks like what you wanna be like in 6 months (realistically) to help keep you motivated. Then after you cross that milestone, find someone else. and so on and so forth. My inspiration in AngelaGreen.

Any questions or anything you need lil sis just ask. Just want to keep you motivated cause it doesn't happen overnite and it can get discouraging at times if your not used to doing it.
