How I Started:
I was looking at some pictures from a family gathering and realized I wasnt that thin girl I knew for so long. I looked like a skinny FAT girl! you know the type....skinny arms and legs and a HUGE midsection. After having my first baby in 1999..and slacking on my diet I realized I had to take control!..QUICK! So I started working out....I have had the passion ever since and have gone from a size 12 to a size 6 and have stayed(with the exception of my second baby last January) for the past 6 years now.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a sence of accomplishment. I have always been slender my whole life..everyone always called me "skinny" or "string bean" and I was so sick of it!!! I decided I wasnt going to be SKINNY... but FIT!
How I Stay Motivated:
My goal is to POSSIBLY compete by the age of 40 in an amature fiqure comp...if anything, I just want to GET my body to that level...requardless if I compete or not..just for my own self satisfaction. I also stay motivated by friends who workout and encourage me and I also post pics of my "desired" body on my fridge to remind me of my goals.My goal is to gain 15-20lbs of solid muscle weight...which is a challenge for the ectos!
BB Accomplishments:
well not really an accomplishment in the BB world as far as competion... but I managed to go from 158 lbs...and well over 25% BF down to 140lbs at 16%...and have maintained this for 6 years now.

UGH!...PUKE! what was I thinking ! here I am tipping the scales at 158lbs and over 25% BF...This was taken Labor day 2000...I decided when I saw this pic, my body was in serious need of immediate attention!

Sorry its been awhile since Ive been around. Ive had to put my BB to the side for now. For 2 years I have been having dizzy spells..VERTIGO a month ago I found out I have a tumor in my inner ear thats lying on my balance and facial nerve! Im having it removed the end of Oct. I guess its a pretty invasive surgery where I will be out for 6 weeks. so needless to say its been quite the stressful ordeal.Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers :) sky
