I have been an avid athlete forever. I competed in gymnastics for 4 years when I was younger, I had played soccer thru elemntary-up to college (ACL injury:()
I ran cross country in college, and still love running today.
My problem is that I never cross train and I eat like crap! I am a fanatic eater, I will eat when I am bored or nervous to the point where I am so full I get sick.
I got the book making the cut in December and I felt like it reguided me on portion control and a good circuit training program. However I seem to have fallen of the band wagon on food again!
Why I Love It:
I love the intensity and physical challenge, I also love seeing the results
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pictures of fit people keeps me motivated. If you put a picture of janet jacksons abs on your refrigerator it is much easier to walk away.

Why doesn't anyone tell you one you start getting big. I weigh myself almost everyday. So i know when I hit 121 on the scale I have gone too far. But come one, i look huge!
Getting a little better seeming everything I have been through in the last 3 weeks
My goal is to lower my BMI to around 15%, I swore up and down this year is the year I will beat a 20:00 minute 5k. I planning on doing this by lifitng weights, sprinting and plyometircs. I would also like to get a local sponsorship in running. I wouldn't mind competing in a body competition either. WATCH OUT HERE I COME
