oh xmas was GREAT! mostly bc it involved banana pudding and everything else i deprived myself of all year. good way to finish off the year. Im back at it now, my shoulder is feeling alot better and im super motivated so things are going pretty good. happy new year

things have kinda taken a halt. i am in the process of letting my shoulder heal up after a little ac joint injury i had. im still trainings but its pretty limited. still hitting the legs as hard as possible though :)

hey wendy. things have been going pretty good. been exercising my credit card quite a bit getting ready for Christmas :) i have been doing my fair share of exercising too though. I have been babying a shoulder injury the last few weeks though and its getting kinda frustrating. but hey no pain no gain right

there is no reason to get too fat when bulking up if you watch your calorie intake. im getting a little soft but that is what cardio was invented for :)

hey man its all about calories in vs calories burned. it doesnt matter what you do as long as you are gaining weight. id suggest doing low intensity cardio for 20-30 mins postworkout just to keep the blood flowing

HAHA its is a hard thing to do and is exactly the reason my progress pics are getting further and few between. To build muscle requires your consume more calories then you burn (and to bust your ass in the gym) I would suggest keeping your diet the same and slowly add in good complex carb when you dont put on weight. I try to gain a lb a week and i add 60g (about 1 cup oats) into my diet if i dont make weight for that week
