Originally started working out in high school for baseball. Finally kicked it into gear several months after graduating college and way too much partying and late night meals with a little inspiration from muscletech and a ton of help from team scivation!
I have always been a competitive person but have never had a rock solid core before. I want to make the commitment to a solid diet and training schedule and get in the best shape of my life. I want a six pack by spring break and im determined to get it!
Shawn-- UNREAL progress!!! WOW. Show should def be in the books for you!! and you have adorable hair that I just wanna give a good ol' tousle to ;) have a good wknd, bud.
Hey Shawn! It's good to see you've managed to stay lean even while adding some mass, and that's the way it should be. That determination inspires me to continue my present journey into the bf cutting...Cheers!
ive been eating around 30g of carbs per day (180g or proteins and im now on 70g fat) and i can tell you one thing- it can make you very sad (especially when your mates order take-aways all the time!). i have my 12week bulk plan all ready... cant wait to hit some serious weights- my strenght went down with my minimal carb intake (not too cool, but hey- cutting's not bulking!), but hopefully I'll get it back as soon as I put my pasta to boil ;-)
ha! thanks... i have to say- KETO's amazing (ive been cutting for the past 3 months). i miss my carbs like hell though! three more weeks and im gonna start bulking up, exciting times! ;-)
thanks for the great tip buddy, but what should i consider regarding cardio, when presently i do HIIT 3 days a week and medium pace cardio other 3 days,30-45mins.how much cardio and what intensity should i do so i can put up considerable muscle mass while keeping fat as low as possible.
