So today I had my BF% taken. Five weeks ago it was 22% give or take. Today it was 18% give or take. The crazy thing is that I've only lost 3 whole pounds of body weight. So weird but very cool!

hey!! If your neck is tilted , you prob have a little scoliosis. Mine is and I also have a shoulder lower than the other, but you don't have that at all.

Thanks they will come in time. Remember its all about diet and the workout plan you have. I do all complex workouts for my abs so. How long have you been working out and what are your goals
