im back lol back to normal 5 days a week 40 hours at ups .. time to let the beast out again !!! hope u had a great holiday weekened and lets see were the pats and g-men sit after the dust settles this week ...good luck just realized posted on the team page also dah!!!

nope im still moving lol!!! just started up again today maping out a diet a training split for 16 weeks that should take me around my birthday goal 43 years old 5% on the bf its on we are both gonna be turning heads poolside this year lol

thank u!! exfoiliating everyday and i used a steam room everyday then ice cold shower that helped with the skin alot also lots of cream hope this helps

i'll be honest ive been slacking the last month ups has been tough with the hours to hit the gym . been sticking to the diet thou once peak is over its on im thinking of doing a all natural show on the cape for april thats my goal . glad ur back and 2010 will be better for both of us in fittness!!!
