Goal (Long):
started first day of bulk 6/7/09 !! going 10 weeks on bulk! weighed in yesterday 155.8 bf% at 6.9!!!
goal is 168.8 lbs and try for 6 on the bf% no higher then 8% !! first ever bulk lets see what i can do!!
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
meal 1
columbo fat free vanilla yogurt mixed with 1 scoop bsn synha 6 protien cookies n cream 1 banna
meal 2
1 can tuna fish -apple-1 scoop peanuts
meal 3
eas myoplex original vanilla mixed with 14 oz skim milk 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
meal 4
4oz chicken breast -scoop peanuts -lettuce
meal 5-
same as meal 3
meal-6
4 oz chicken breast and lettuce
drink a gallon of water a day. on days i lift i have 2 scoops of whey protien and banna 1.5 hours before working out 30 min before workout have a pre-workout drink dark rage from mhp after workout post drink dark matter from mhp then start the rest of my meals as normal i eat this eveyday same time saturday eat whatever i want sunday back onmeal 1
