What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
meal 1
columbo fat free vanilla yogurt mixed with 1 scoop bsn synha 6 protien cookies n cream 1 banna
meal 2
1 can tuna fish -apple-1 scoop peanuts
meal 3
eas myoplex original vanilla mixed with 14 oz skim milk 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
meal 4
4oz chicken breast -scoop peanuts -lettuce
meal 5-
same as meal 3
meal-6
4 oz chicken breast and lettuce
drink a gallon of water a day. on days i lift i have 2 scoops of whey protien and banna 1.5 hours before working out 30 min before workout have a pre-workout drink dark rage from mhp after workout post drink dark matter from mhp then start the rest of my meals as normal i eat this eveyday same time saturday eat whatever i want sunday back onmeal 1

always pushing are selfs to are limits and sometimes beyond it .
2009 was an awesome year for me in fittness ,i achieved my goals on my transformation !!! i finished the year without training the last 6 weeks of 09 due to work ,injuries and yes just being lazy. i started the 2010 ready to set new goals and shatter old ones .
damn man thats rough. hopefully u can get back in the swing of things! and thanks man, i appreciate it. now its time to bring up my lifts, so im switchin to more of a powerlifting-based routine
ya man at least your sticking to the diet, mines been all over the place, i'm going for the saints but you know manning is gonna come out to play, should be a good game, hope to see you back hitting the gym soon bro
