I have always been athletic. But when my daughters were born, there wasn't time for working. Now that they are older, I figured it was time to loose the baby fat.

Sorry it has been awhile since I have been on bb space..crazy month of September with work and my grandmother also got really sick..and she just died last week (I am crushed) I also got the flu 4 days ago and havent been to the gym all week...But I finally feel like I am on the mend. Hope all is great with you :) How was your summer? Do much hiking?
