My goal with carb cycling is to concurrently gain muscle while burning fat. My supplements help me do exactly that.
I take ON's Opti-Men with my first glass of water of the day. I feel more energized and ready to take on more nutrients.
I take GLC 2000 glucosamine, two pills, twice a day with meals.
I take ON's Gold Standard 100% Whey protein :30 before I take Assault before the gym.
I take Muscle Pharm's Assault for pre-workout, about :15 minutes pre-gym.
I take Muscle Pharm's Re-Con for post-workout, while I'm still at the gym.
I take two scoops of ON's Platinum Hydrobuilder post-workout, within :30 minutes of finishing the workout, generally when I get back home from the gym.
I take one scoop of Muscle Pharm Combat and one scoop of ON's Casein protein every night before bed, and first thing in the morning.
