Just started this so we'll see how it goes. I'm doing a 4 day split followed by 1 day off and then start again. I'm ignoring what day of the week it might be, just 4 on and 1 off. I always feel like I'm getting more recovery time then I need when I follow a weekly schedule. I have 2 very...
Hey bud, just checkin in to see how you are goin. Trust the irons treatin you well. I have finally gotten over my tricep injury so boostin it this week :)
I just bought a cheapie brand (Bronx Wild Bull L-Glutamine) and 300g lasts a very long time. I take it before working out and at night. I see your point on creatine and keep me posted on your progress. Have a great weekend.
I use it daily and it really helps recovery (muscle soreness goes away faster and it's also a good anti-inflam) and stops catabolism - especially under heavy fitness drives- would recommend it for sure. I also use Beta Alanine mixed with Kre-Alkalyn creatine which really brings out my strength and endurance - one potent mix. I always believe in healthy and balanced diet.
Just saw you had a cold, are you taking anything for it? I take Glutamine as a training supplement and it really boosts your immune system as well - only like had 1-2 cold this year rather than the usual 4-5.
Thanks man, hoping to get back into lifting soon enuff! Elbow tendinitis lingers and it's a total suck of an injury. BTW, that 1st progress pic, looks hell freezing haha.
