How I Started:
I want to better my body after I recovered from my injuries, also I want to be on top of my game for rugby ... but I started working out in high school for sports
Why I Love It:
I can't describe it ... it makes me feel good
How I Stay Motivated:
Since I plan on moving to California I need to be in good shape if I want to impress people and find a decent job. I know that sounds vain but that's how things work apparently.
BB Accomplishments:
placed 26th out of 80 in an amateur powerlifting competition
This was taken when I was first starting out again, I gained a lot of weight from a rugby injury.I was 200 pounds with too much bodyfat.I felt terrible and decided to make a change now that I was all healed up. I lost almost all of my muscle and I gained about 25 pounds of fat
I just need to lean out I think that I have enough muscle for now
