sorry to hear that. Hope you recover soon. Well, my training is lagging. I'm behind where I should be. I figure I can throw my PR out the window in January. Right now, I just want to finish the 39.3 miles. I'm going to take it easy on the half and not push for a record PR. So, I can be ready for Sunday the 26.2 miles.

Thanks! Yes, I'm still on Keto. Well, more CC/TKD. I do low carb on non-workout days, and then use only whole grain carbs on high workout/endurance days. Usually my long distance run days. I'm still losing, and am hoping for another 20lbs! :-) Almost there!

I have so many pointers and advice. With my struggle I've been there, done that kind of thing. I've hit every wall possible on my journey. And you will hit walls too! It happens, but it's climbing over them and how your climb over them that matters. It's all about your diet and exercise...Once you get you find the right mix. it will work!

Thank-u for the kind words! I appreciate it so! They are coming along. Some slow than others. I was doing lots of cardio, and noticed my muscle was depleting. so I stopped doing as much. And I've built the muscle back up, but now look kinda flabby where I was thinned out! lol Its a never ending battle. Not sure what to do at this moment. I feel like I'm going back and forth, etc. Any suggestions?

Hey Sexy! I'm great, how are you?? How's the training going? I'm doing overtime in mine. Obtaining significant gains! I've cut, now I'm bulking to fill in some skin! lol But I'm going to be down for 2 weeks due to surgery, and I feel that my training is for nothing right now. So I'm pretty down about that. How are things in Pcola?
