My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy

Spring/summer workout plan

 

Day 1: interval run

Day 2: kettle bell/dumbbell strength circuit Day 3: yoga for 45-60 minutes Day 4: interval run Day 5: kettle bell/dumbbell strength circuit Day 6: recovery/long run Day 7: rest   Will try to swim and bike every now and then.    Workouts lasting 30-45 minutes, except for long runs which could go over an hour.    June 20th- interval runs become tempo runs   July 25th- distance run will be the focus with 1 day a week of interval run   *training for a half marathon!*

Right now I am using Best Life's Plant Protein with Greens after strength workouts and strenuous cardio workouts (spin class and swimming).

flolewis Strength is still improving. Fat loss alludes me so I am making sure to macronutrient plan my meals to ensure success!

flolewis Still workin out! Brought kettle bells 3 weeks ago and seeing a difference :-) yoga, kettlebells, running is where it is at for me!

flolewis Back on track eating wise-there were a couple craptastic days over the weekend but clean, nutrient dense eating from here on. No cheats!

flolewis Sprint triathlon is just a 5 days away now! I am more than ready. This week taking it easy on training, especially lifting

flolewis Carb cycle was kind of a disaster! Haha and I ended up gaining weight. Going back to my previous macronutrients ratio 20/60/20.
