Spring/summer workout plan
Day 1: interval run
Day 2: kettle bell/dumbbell strength circuit Day 3: yoga for 45-60 minutes Day 4: interval run Day 5: kettle bell/dumbbell strength circuit Day 6: recovery/long run Day 7: rest Will try to swim and bike every now and then. Workouts lasting 30-45 minutes, except for long runs which could go over an hour.
