I always had a very active life style. I did gymnastics, swimming, and running. I completed 29 marathons and 36 half marathon
Why I Love It:
It is my "me" time. I find it relaxing, beneficial, and productive. I like to invest in my health, besides I love hanging out with my friend. WE have lots of fun at the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is hard, but I have my mind set up that two hours of day I have to invest in myself. I flex other issues or problems around my work-out time. My "me" time comes first.
BB Accomplishments:
I have not really tracked my accomplishments, but I have transformed my body a bit in the past 1 year. I used to weight 176lbs, today...I weight 220lbs.
