yeah I used to take the nitro core 24. I actually gained alot of strength from it, and vascularity some how! Man ur lookin massive in those new progress pics what are you weighing now

I've only been cutting a few weeks and I was on track but I started taking the p6 red and r3 to prevent catabolism and aid in recovry and I started to regress. I think it might just be water now that you say that! I think the r3 has a little Kre-alklyn. I will be porsting pics soon for my progress.

All is well on my end...trying to lean out some more I just cant seem to get it right! I am now trying the d4 extreme so I'll see what happens. what have you been up to lately...how's the PT coming along? Oh BTW do you cycle off of the p6 extreme when you're leaning out? W

its goin good. I just got orders to mexico city, mx so i'll be out there for a year. Hopefully I will be able to get back on a clean diet out there...couldn't really do that out here! Kinda excited about not have my workouts be in vain due to poor nutrition. how are things on your end?

the key to pushups is technique...when i do them I squeeze at the top a make everyone deliberate! it feels like i'm lifting a weight the burn and pump I get is insane!

I do mostly flat decline dips and cable crossovers from the top setting when I do lower and mid pec day...then I switch it up and do incline barbell w/225 for around 5 sets 8-12 reps then I do incline dumbells for like 3 sets then cable crossovers to the top from the bottom setting. I always finish w/ pushups until failure. where i can barely hold myself up!

yeah! the more advanced I got in the sport the lower my weights got and my form and technique to priority. the results! more striations and muscle shape!
