a great release....fun, it also is what gives me strength to keep me alive

seeing progress, also looking at the physical condition of my family, and knowing that i dont want to get like that.
BB Accomplishments:
starting at a one rep max of 150 and finally reaching my body weight in bench press (225 lbs)now doing 315lb
