How I Started:
I was a skinny kid and got picked on a lot (graduated high school @ 135 lbs!). I lifted but couldnt gain mass to save my life! I just stuck with it and it just became a passion for me.
Why I Love It:
Confidence. I lacked this when I was growing up, and will admit I even struggle with this sometimes now. But I've found that when you put yourself under this type of physical torture, not veen because you want to, but now it's because you have to because it's so engrained in you, your dimeanor and outward appearcance demands respect. Even though I'm not (and far from) a pro bodybuiler, I apply these concepts to every aspect of life. You've got hundreds of pounds waiting to crush you and you find yourself in a dark valley with two choices; be crushed by the weight, or push through it. This weight can sometimes be from the world, and we havbe to dig deep within, calling on a higher power to push through it. What I love most about it is that it also allows me to have a positive impact on the lives of others around me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont really have to stay motivated. Would you go a day without brushing your teeth? It's kind of like that, but with greater intensity.
BB Accomplishments:
I've never really had the desire to compete, although I hold great respect for and admire those who do. My transformation testiomony is simply going from a small, weak kid to having a solid muscular physique. I believe that this has made me more of an effective person.

Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal is to be a solid 250 lbs. Though I love the sport, I'm not looking to complete so I don't aspire to be ripped to the bone but I would like to be huge and still have my abs come through.
