When I Started:
2004
How I Started:
I was tired of being picked on by everyone, including my good friends, for being the fat chubby kid. I was given the nickname 'snowflake' because i was white and round haha
Why I Love It:
The feeling of accomplishment once you've reached a goal, that goal can be as little completing your tenth rep on a specific set or as big as dropping 20 lbs to make your weight class in a competition. It's all about the unacheivable task of owning a perfect physique, and it's the challenges ahead that make it all worthwhile.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking hard at old pictures of myself, wondering how i took that sloppy, droopy body of mine and created something respectable by the age of 16
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't done a show yet ( plan on doing one this school year, by june or july ). But id have to say getting a set of abs was my greatest accomplishment, i tried hard as can be for about 4 years before i could even see the top row. I've even gotten as low as 7 percent body fat, and im gonna try to get to 5 percent on my current cut !!

I do a carb cycling diet, i ( try ) to follow a 3 days low carb ( 70 or lower ) with 1 day high carb ( around 300 or 350, coming from brown rice, milk, oats, white rice, and dextrose ). By the end of day 2 I'm dying to get my hands on some carbs ! I keep my fats moderate ( about 90 ) and protein pretty high ( 200 - 250 ) which really makes me desperate to eat alot of food !!!I do a carb cycling diet, i ( try ) to follow a 3 days low carb ( 70 or lower ) with 1 day high carb ( around 300 or 350, coming from brown rice, milk, oats, white rice, and dextrose ).
