I was overseas and the only thing to do was work out. I had inspiration and great friends to support me.
Why I Love It:
Opportunity to grow myself in mind and body. Take the edge off. It is an addiction.
How I Stay Motivated:
Philippians 4:13 (New International Version) 13 I can do everything through he who gives me strength.
BB Accomplishments:
I once did a 1000 rep leg press workout with about 500lbs. I ran a 12 mile run with a 70lb ruck sack in under 2 hours. I squated 315 for 100 reps in under 45 minutes. I have never given in or up.

Hey Will, just doing some powerlifting to add thickness for my WNBF debut on Aug. 1. The Mash is a good show. You should do the INBF Cardinal Classic up in Ytown before that. To get the legs harder you have to keep coming down that much leaner. You are not the only one. It appears you could be just a little harder in the pix I have seen. Train hard!
