Yes sir high reps does the same for me. It leans me out and gives me that fitness model look instead of bodybuilder. Everyones body is different but lifting heavy and low reps helps me keep size. Try lifting heavy to stay full and let your diet and cardio cut you up.

Yes sir! DC training is great for strength increases and as we all know the more weight you push the more muscle you can build. I know a lot of people who have done it and really liked it. If strength and mass are your goals it will work great but dont be afraid to adjust it a little based on your personal needs.

Thanks man. I actually only compete at 155 but i'm short which is a blessing as far as bodybuilding goes. The best advice i can give is to stay consistent (diet, training & supplementation). Do your research on supplements. And experiment until you find what works for you. everyones different so first find what your body responds best to and do it.

Thanks for the compliment. I do a lot of weighted sit ups and weighted knee ups. Just like any other muscle i use weights to make the muscle bigger and harder and use my diet and cardio to let them show.
