How I Started:
I've worked out on and off for the last 15 years. I attended my first show april 2008 and was inspired. I decided to start getting serious about my routine and diet to see how far I can go with all my goals.
Why I Love It:
I love to see the changes in my body that all my hard work can produce. I like the fact that i get out of my work out in direct proportion to what I put in.
How I Stay Motivated:
